What the service does

Nyieun helps you build a website from a plain-language description, publishes it to a nyieun.web.id subdomain if you choose to publish, and gives you the files to download. Nyieun does not yet provide domain names.

Credits and payment

• Each generation uses credits in proportion to the length of the output produced.
• Credits are only charged after a generation succeeds. Nothing is charged if it fails or is interrupted.
• The price per credit is shown on the Pricing page before you pay.
• Purchased credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

Refunds

Purchased credits are not refundable in cash, because they do not expire and remain available to you. If credits were charged but the result failed due to a fault on our side, contact us and we will restore them.

Ownership of output

The generated website is yours. You are free to modify, use, and publish it, including commercially.

Your subdomain address

An address like yourbusiness.nyieun.web.id is lent to you for use, not transferred to you as property. It remains part of the nyieun.web.id domain, and we may reclaim it if it is used in breach of these terms. The site content stays yours and remains downloadable at any time.

If the service or your account ends

A live site stops being served if your account is closed or Nyieun shuts down. Your code is not lost: download the files and host them anywhere. For that reason we recommend keeping a downloaded copy from the start.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be permitted to use any content and images you supply.
• Nyieun must not be used for fraud, phishing, or content that breaks Indonesian law.
• Review AI-generated output before publishing it. Mistakes are possible.
• Keep your account password confidential.

Taking a site offline

We may stop serving an individual site that breaches the terms under "Your responsibilities", without closing your account. If that happens we will tell you by email, and your project files remain intact and downloadable.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for losses arising from use of a generated website, including content errors you did not review.

Account suspension

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, particularly those used for fraud or to degrade the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
